Senior Art Director/Web Designer

Salary plus stock options. We are building a web design team to supplement our e-commerce site implementation services. The right person will build and lead the design team and be responsible for project scheduling and delivery. This team will work closely with the team responsible for eCommerce back-end implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing e-commerce sites as well as project management skills. Also people skills for team management and interacting with clients.
