Director- Account Services
(San Francisco)

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a high energy individual based in San Francisco, CA and will manage all West Coast Account Service Managers (ASMs). This individual will report to the VP, Account Operations and will be involved in the hiring process and play a key role in training new ASMs in our rapidly growing e-commerce and direct marketing service offerings, in a post-sale capacity. Will also be responsible for identifying strategies to improve campaigns. This will be a hands-on working director position.

Skills/Requirements/Candidate Profile

  • Prior e-commerce or direct marketing management experience...min.
    2 years.
  • 5+ years direct post sales customer service planning/implementation.
  • Prior staff training experience.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Working knowledge of HTML a plus.
  • May require some travel.
  • Familiarity with Internet technologies and MS Office, Goldmine, etc.
  • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. EOE.
