Services Manager (NY)
Responsibilities
The Account Services Manager (ASM)
is responsible for heading the design, execution, and analysis of
email marketing campaigns. Through a combination of direct marketing
and technical expertise, the ASM interacts with our clients and
our technical resources to optimize a campaign's content and media
as well as execute the campaign.
Skill/Requirements
- The ideal candidate has a strong
track record in customer service, measurement of customer satisfaction,
and wining customer loyalty. This role requires a high degree
of teamwork and collaboration with other departments.
- 3+ years direct customer service
planning and implementation
- in e-commerce environment
preferred
- BS/BA degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
- Track record of working well with
marketing, sales and engineering
- Strong planning, organization, problem-solving,
and execution skills
- 30% travel
- 2+ years Sales/Inside Sales experience
or Direct Marketing background a plus
- Project management experience in
a web environment or solutions/tool provider a plus
