Inc., of Emeryville, CA, in a stock-for-stock transaction. In acquiring
OnPoint, a provider of advanced Internet commerce application services,
ROI Direct.com broadens its service offerings to include e-commerce
site creation, integration, and operations. Specific terms of the
acquisition were not disclosed.
